Customer Service Officer (5.5 days/ Kaki Bukit)

Contract Duration: 12 months

1. 5 days work week! (might be required to work on Sundays and public holidays)

1. Attending to work permit holders on banking products availed to them
2. Attend to email and phone queries from workers and their employers
3. Participate in events/roadshows on Sundays, public holidays and/or any other days as required
4. Conduct surveys or VOCs as required
5. Comply with applicable internal and regulatory guidelines and requirements of the bank
6. Achieve high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.
7. Any duties assigned relating to the Work Permit Segment

Requirements:

• Experience in customer centric positions.
• Flexible to work on Sundays / PH if required.
