The Impact You'll Make
As our Finance Director, you will be the strategic steward of our financial health. You’ll not only oversee the numbers—you’ll will be their voice. Your insights will guide executive decisions, fuel operational excellence, and ensure we remain agile in a rapidly changing market.From optimizing capital allocation to driving data-led strategies, your leadership will directly influence our growth trajectory and resilience.
What You'll Do- Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with our long-term business goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, delivering accurate and actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
- Partner with department heads to evaluate investment opportunities, manage risk, and optimize resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and reporting tools.
- Source, implement and monitor technology adoption, candidates with experience in implementing Artificial Intelligence to redesign workflows, upskill employees will be prioritized during selection.
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and key external stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Proven track record (10+ years) in senior finance leadership roles, ideally within [industry or sector].
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA).
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations.
- Experience in managing multi-million-dollar budgets and driving cost optimization without compromising growth.
- Proficiency with financial systems and tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in the English and Chinese language.
