The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, and risk management, along with a deep understanding of financial systems and emerging technologies. They must be a strategic thinker with excellent decision-making skills, capable of aligning financial strategies with the organization's long-term goals.

• Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies that align with the organization’s overall goals
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Executive Team on financial matters, including investments, budgeting and cost management.

• Oversee the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making at the executive level
• Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring the organization’s financial health and stability

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors
• Maintain compliance with local, regional and international financial regulations and standards
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax filings and other statutory reports

• Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives
• Monitor and control expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
• Ensure that financial resources are allocated effectively to support business growth and sustainability

• Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management, investment strategies, and debt management
• Optimize the company’s capital structure and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs
• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions and other external stakeholders

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and technologies to support efficient operations
• Ensure data integrity, security and accessibility across all financial platforms
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes through the adoption of new technologies and best practices

• Ensure strong corporate governance practices, including the development and enforcement of financial policies and procedures
• Identify, assess and mitigate financial risks, including market, credit and operational risks
• Work closely with the audit committee to ensure robust internal controls and effective risk management practices

• Manage and mentor the Finance & Accounts team
• Foster a collaborative and high performing culture within the department promoting continuous learning & development
• Ensure effective communication and coordination within the Finance & Accounts teams and across inter-departments

• Act as the primary point of contact for financial matters with internal and external stakeholders, including shareholders, auditors and regulatory bodies
• Provide clear and transparent communication regarding the organization’s financial position and performance

• Minimum a Bachelor's or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or other relevant professional certifications preferred.
• Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• Proven leadership experience in a senior financial management role.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards (local and international).
• Experience in managing financial risks and treasury functions.
• Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in financial systems (preferably SAP), accounting software, and technology-driven financial operations.
• Experience with internal controls, corporate governance, and risk management.
