Finance Operations Manager - Toa Payoh
We are looking for a skilled Finance & Payment Operations Manager with at least 8 years of experience to lead our finance operations. This role oversees end-to-end payment processes, credit control, reconciliations, and compliance activities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across all financial transactions.
You will manage trade and non-trade payments, supervise team workflows, and review bank reconciliations for alignment with the general ledger. Responsibilities also include overseeing credit control, processing commission payments, managing quarterly GST filings, and handling annual e-submissions to IRAS.You’ll administer debtor and cash book systems, support cash flow monitoring, manage fixed deposit placements, and liaise with banks on related matters.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accounting or Finance, has solid experience in financial operations and reporting, and is proficient with financial systems such as SUNGL and Odyssey. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to process improvement.
