Sales Manager (Freight Forwarding / 3PL Logistics)
- Location : Bukit Merah (Few bus stops from Tiong Bahru MRT)
- Working hours : 5 days (Monday-Friday office hours)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6500 +Allowance + AWS +Bonus + Mobile + 14 days Annual leave

Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition (50%) and manage key accounts (50%) to achieve sales and revenue argets.
- Provide tailored supply chain and logistics solutions to meet customer expectations and build long-term relationships.
- Execute cross-trade business related to Singapore operations and support network/agent business as needed
- Prepare quotations, RFQs, tender bids, review rates, and manage pricing strategies.
- Develop SOPs and operational terms & conditions, securing approvals before submission to customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and co-loaders to ensure smooth operations and competitive pricing.
- Monitor and report on sales pipeline, KPIs, and progress through regular updates to management.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations to ensure timely and accurate execution of customer requirements.
- Identify potential customers, register opportunities, and convert them into revenue-generating accounts.
- Follow up promptly and professionally with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and presentations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in 3PL, Freight Forwarding, or Warehousing.
- Proven track record in new business development (hunter) and/or Key Account Management.
- Excellent customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
