Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support daily administrative operations in our interior design and renovation firm. This role involves handling documentation, coordinating administrative processes, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain proper filing systems (both physical and digital)
- Assist in preparation, processing, and organization of documents (e.g. quotations, invoices, contracts, project documents)
- Maintain and update fixed assets listing and company records
- Support administrative processes and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Monitor and track documentation related to ongoing projects
- Assist in checking attendance records and general staff administration matters
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and basic IT equipment needs
- Provide general administrative support to management and team members
- Handle ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Prior administrative experience preferred (experience in interior design/renovation industry is an advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Job location: Marina Square
Stable working hours (Monday–Friday) 10am - 7pm
