Neuromath Academy is seeking a results-driven Business Development Director to spearhead growth initiatives in the early childhood education sector. This is a full-time leadership role for someone who thrives on building partnerships, closing deals, and expanding impactful educational programs across preschools and learning centers.

Who We're Looking For

You are either:

• An experienced business development professional with a proven track record in scaling education-related ventures, OR
• A preschool/education industry insider with strong connections and insights into how decisions are made in early childhood networks.

You are confident, strategic, and capable of opening doors, structuring collaborations, and scaling programs that develop young thinkers — not just academic scorers.

• Drive market expansion of our early childhood learning programs (ages 4–6)
• Build and nurture relationships with preschool chains, principals, and educational networks
• Design and execute outreach strategies to onboard B2B partners (local and regional)
• Identify growth opportunities in both domestic and Southeast Asian education markets
• Represent Neuromath at key industry events and high-level meetings
