About the role
Manage customer enquiries from digital platforms (voice and/or non-voice) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction. Handle customer enquiries and complaints including high consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, and bill adjustment.

- Handle customer's enquiries and complaints (high consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment, etc)
- Ensure productivity and quality standards are met
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- At least 1 year of experience in contact centre handling voice and/or non-voice channels
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member
