About the role :
Temp Accounts Assistant position covering maternity leave for a 3-month contract.
Key responsibilities :
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) duties, including collections, banking, and AR application
- Assist with partial Accounts Payable (AP) duties
- Prepare and process retail invoicing, including recording, issuance, and collections
- Process statement fee collections related to invoices
- Handle staff claims payouts
- Maintain proper documentation and filing
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Certificate or Diploma in Accounting
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred
- Training will be provided
- Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications
