Title: Receptionist ( 3 month contract renewable)

We are seeking a professional, approachable, and service-oriented Receptionist to be the face of our organization. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless front office experience for all visitors, employees, and stakeholders.

Working Hours
  • Rotating shifts
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception desk and warmly welcome visitors, directing them appropriately.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area, including displays and reading materials.
  • Keep accurate records such as telephone logs, call registers, and client contact details.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with help desk-related duties.
  • Coordinate meeting and conference room bookings, including event arrangements (e.g., flowers, setup).
  • Manage pantry supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Liaise with vendors and facilities teams to resolve maintenance issues and equipment faults.
  • Support overall office facilities management to ensure a safe and well-maintained workplace.
  • Assist in emergency preparedness activities, including fire drills and evacuation procedures.
  • Contribute to monthly reporting and continuous improvement of reception policies and procedures.
