As an Executive, Informatics (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support the Informatics Manager in ensuring system functionality, efficiency, and integration with healthcare IT.
• Assist in planning, testing, and implementing IT/digital health projects; manage timelines and admin tasks.
• Provide first-line support and escalate system issues to vendors or IT teams.
• Facilitate process improvements using IT systems and automation tools.
• Develop training materials and conduct user training to enhance system usage.
• Ensure data accuracy and generate routine/ad-hoc reports to aid decision-making.
• Provide performance metrics and dashboards for branch-level monitoring.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT related courses
• Keen interest in IT and Automation,
• Experienced in IT related or project management will be preferred.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel features and data extraction and mining capabilities (eg. SQL).
• Experienced with Tableau and Power BI will be an advantage.
