We are looking for a Marketing Executive who blends analytical thinking, creativity, and strong organizational skills to help us bring our flavor and fragrance solutions to life.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze market, consumer, and competitive data
• Build strategic recommendations that support sales and customer partnerships
• Explore how sensory cues — especially taste and smell — influence consumer decisions
• Dive deep into ASEAN consumer behaviours and emerging trends

• Develop content, e‑campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials
• Support creative marketing campaigns for B2B customers
• Contribute to presentations, brochures, and multimedia assets

• Manage social media platforms and online communities
• Increase engagement through smart content and outreach campaigns
• Maintain and organize digital marketing assets

• Support trade shows, conferences, and customer events
• Coordinate with external vendors and provide on‑site event support

• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Evaluation teams
• Ensure strong alignment on messaging and customer needs

Requirements:

• Genuinely curious about consumers, culture, and sensory experiences
• Fascinated by how taste & smell influence buying behaviour
• Insight‑driven and comfortable analyzing data
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and creative
• A strong communicator with great storytelling instincts
• A proactive self‑starter with a strong work ethic
• Experienced in marketing (1–3 years ideal) with some exposure to digital tools
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Willing to travel for events when needed
• English is essential, Bahasa and/or Thai language skills would be a plus.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields is preferred.
