SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER
Reports to: Marketing Manager, Fitness First SingaporeSupports: 2 Marketing Executives
Location: Singapore
Role Purpose
To support the Marketing team in developing and implementing strategies to drive brand awareness, revenue and market share across digital, CRM, and offline platforms.
The incumbent will work with the Marketing Manager in managing the brand's digital presence and leveraging performance data to drive measurable growth in acquisition and retention. He or she will be responsible for driving member growth and loyalty by executing high-performance digital campaigns and managing our CRM ecosystem.A key focus will be the lead generation funnel—from initial digital touchpoint to in-club— ensuring our marketing spend effectively drives new member growth and high-intent conversions. #GOFURTHER
- Digital Performance & Lead Generation
- Campaign Management: Execute performance-led digital campaigns that capture market demand and drive measurable interest in our fitness offerings
- Funnel Optimization: Audit and optimize the end-to-end digital journey, enhancing landing pages, ad creatives, and lead-capture forms to convert web traffic into high-intent club trials
- SEO & Search: Drive SEO and search visibility for high-intent fitness searches to increase organic digital leads and club footfall
- CRM & Marketing Automation
- Member Lifecycle Journey: Design automated workflows (e.g. eDM) for prospect nurturing, member retention, and win-back strategies
- Loyalty & Retention: Execute member engagement initiatives and referral programs to increase lifetime value and minimize membership churn
- Campaigns & Activations
- Integrated Launches: Lead and provide marketing support for in-club campaigns and other events
- Analytics & Reporting
- Performance Tracking: Deliver reports on key performance metrics and translate data into insights and actionable business recommendations
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4. Familiarity with CRM and Automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Keepme AI) to manage the member lifecycle.
- Data & Analytics: Strong analytical skills (including Excel) with a "test-and-learn" mindset to constantly optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Strategic: Solid understanding of attribution modelling and customer journey mapping to drive both acquisition and long-term loyalty.
- Adaptability & Collaboration: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience; candidates with more experience and expertise will be considered for Assistant Marketing Manager role.
