As we continue to expand our QSR operations, we are seeking a committed and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive / Assistant Manager to drive high-volume hiring and support our manpower planning strategies.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume QSR and fast-food roles (Crew, Supervisors, Restaurant Managers, Area Managers).
• Conduct manpower analysis and work closely with Operations on workforce planning and hiring needs.
• Support manpower deployment for new store openings and expansion initiatives.
• Drive multiple sourcing channels: job portals, referrals, walk-in interviews, job fairs, and recruitment agencies.
• Track, analyse, and optimise recruitment metrics to improve time-to-hire and hiring quality.
• Prepare recruitment dashboards and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth hiring processes.

• Experience recruiting in QSR / fast-food / high-volume F&B environments preferred.
• Strong capability in manpower analysis, metrics tracking, and data-driven recruitment.
• Hands-on, resourceful, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, operationally intensive setting.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging frontline and managerial stakeholders.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
