Job Descriptions
  • To ensure overall customer satisfaction with Company’s Aftersales service
  • Daily receiving and releasing of vehicles
  • Receive every vehicle in the workshop and Conduct vehicle walk-about with the customer
  • Professional and timely coordination and conveying of workshop feedback and findings to customers
  • Advising and following up on enquiries and vehicle status, quotations and back ordered parts
  • Answering and returning incoming or missed calls
  • Processing customer correspondence and updating client accounts
  • Offering and upselling our products and services
  • Efficient and proper liaising with inter-departments and vendors to ensure customer’s needs are met
  • To monitor parts movement once the jobs is approved
  • To Monitor and liaise with vendors on the status for components send out and Local Purchase items
  • Performing administrative functions
  • Ensure 5S compliance
  • Other reporting functions as required by superior
