About the role

SCC Consignments Pte. Ltd. is seeking an E-Commerce Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. Based in the Tai Seng North-East Region, this role is integral to supporting the smooth operation of our e-commerce business functions.

You will be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring that all processes run efficiently and effectively to support our growing online business. This position offers the opportunity to develop your administrative expertise whilst working with a collaborative and forward-thinking organisation.

What you'll be doing
  1. Managing and organising daily administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations, inventory management support and database maintenance
  2. Providing essential support to e-commerce teams by preparing documentation, reports and correspondence
  3. Handling customer inquiries and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution
  4. Maintaining accurate records and files, both digital and physical, ensuring information is easily accessible and properly organised
  5. Assisting with the coordination of shipments, delivery schedules and logistics documentation
  6. Supporting the preparation of presentations, proposals and marketing materials as required
  7. Liaising with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth e-commerce operations
  8. Performing general administrative duties including scheduling, booking, data entry and filing
  9. Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks to support business objectives
What we're looking for
  1. Proven experience working as an administrative assistant or in a similar administrative support role
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
  3. Attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and data entry
  4. A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  5. Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality support
  6. Familiarity with e-commerce operations, online retail processes or logistics coordination would be advantageous
  7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities with composure
