We are partnering with manufacturing companies in the Automotive industries, seeking Order Management Executives to support B2B operations. The ideal candidate is expected to manage customer accounts and process all relevant orders.
Location: Central, SingaporeWorking Hours: Mon-Fri (flexible) with hybrid arrangement
about the job- Proactively follow up with customer accounts and manage queries.
- Processing of customer's orders through systems
- Coordinating with internal teams (logistics/purchasing) regarding any relevant matters that affects the orders.
- Familiarity with Incoterms
- Proficiency in SAP
- Willing to take on short business trips
