Senior Executive, General Support, Naval Logistics Centre - Toa Payoh

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full logistics support function across multiple RSN units.
• Oversee procurement processes and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Supervise and develop a team of supervisors and logistics support staff.
• Manage inventory, infrastructure, estate services, and equipment lifecycle.
• Liaise with RSN leadership, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operational execution.
• Plan and coordinate logistics support for large-scale events, deployments, and special operations.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare operational reports, and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with security, safety, and audit requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and logistics systems (e.g., SAP).
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be able to obtain CAT 2A security clearance.
• Fully vaccinated and medically fit.
• Able to support occasional after-hours operations and stay-in requirements when activated.
