Project IT Application Support Executive (1.5 Years Contract) - Toa Payoh

Objective

To deliver projects and provide day-to-day support for applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure, set up and support applications, like CFOS, CIVeC, EIDS, SAP, websites, etc.
• Work closely with business and Ops users to gather and translate requirements into IT solutions
• Work closely with vendors to deliver reports
• Generate reports on performance of servers and database in Huawei Cloud
• Raise tickets for SAP issues, and track till closure.
• Work with Project Managers, to support them in the delivery of projects
• Work on ad hoc activities and works assigned by Head of Department (HOD)
• Support includes on-site and remote support, and rostered weekend support.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing and supporting applications
• Some experiences in programming will be good, e.g. PHP, Python, etc.
• Some experiences in RPA (robotic process automation) will be good
• Some experiences in managing vendors
• Able to communicate, write and present well and confidently in English
• A goal getter and shows good attitude and passion in his / her work
• A team player, that could also work independently with minimal supervision
• May be required to work late and over weekends as and when required, depending on project timeline and work exigencies
• Ever willing to learn new technology and take on new challenges
