Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our team at ComfortDelGro Engineering Pte Ltd. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and serving as a key point of contact for our automotive client.

You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and customer satisfaction of our automotive services.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, online platforms, and face-to-face to deliver professional and attentive service
  • Coordinate repair and maintenance scheduling to ensure timely and seamless service delivery
  • Troubleshoot customer issues by analyzing concerns and providing effective solutions or escalating complex cases
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, warranty claims, and payments for operational transparency
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively
  • Continuously update automotive product knowledge to provide accurate and reliable information to customers
  • Support ad-hoc operational duties to maintain smooth workshop functioning
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in the hospitality/customer service industry
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated by effective listening, empathy, and response to customer needs
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills applied to handle diverse customer queries
  • Adaptable and flexible with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to upholding the company’s brand image
  • Hold a valid Class 3 Driving License
  • Willingness to work a 5.5-day week (Mon–Fri: 8am–5pm, Sat: 8am–12pm)
  • Open to working at service centers located in Ubi or Loyang
