Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our team at ComfortDelGro Engineering Pte Ltd. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and serving as a key point of contact for our automotive client.You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and customer satisfaction of our automotive services.
Responsibilities- Engage with customers via phone, email, online platforms, and face-to-face to deliver professional and attentive service
- Coordinate repair and maintenance scheduling to ensure timely and seamless service delivery
- Troubleshoot customer issues by analyzing concerns and providing effective solutions or escalating complex cases
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, warranty claims, and payments for operational transparency
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively
- Continuously update automotive product knowledge to provide accurate and reliable information to customers
- Support ad-hoc operational duties to maintain smooth workshop functioning
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in the hospitality/customer service industry
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated by effective listening, empathy, and response to customer needs
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills applied to handle diverse customer queries
- Adaptable and flexible with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to upholding the company’s brand image
- Hold a valid Class 3 Driving License
- Willingness to work a 5.5-day week (Mon–Fri: 8am–5pm, Sat: 8am–12pm)
- Open to working at service centers located in Ubi or Loyang
