Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore for an Administrative Assistant at Barani Shoes Pte Ltd. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support:

  • CPF submissions (must have experience)
  • GST submissions (must have experience)
  • HR services (payroll, leave, attendance, etc.), best if familiar with Infotech HR system
  • Daily operations (stock in, stock out, inventory management, daily sales consolidation)
  • Basic accounting
  • Other ad-hoc duties
Qualifications/Criteria
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Singaporean/PR only
  • Clerical Skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • English/Mandarin language command required. If any spoken dialects are a bonus
