Role Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue Invoices and Purchase Orders
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of records
  • Coordinate with suppliers and clients when required
  • Assist with basic administrative and office tasks
  • Ensure accuracy in financial documents
Requirements
  • Good attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills
  • 3 - 5 Years of experience
