Key Responsibilities- Prepare and issue Invoices and Purchase Orders
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of records
- Coordinate with suppliers and clients when required
- Assist with basic administrative and office tasks
- Ensure accuracy in financial documents
- Good attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
- 3 - 5 Years of experience
