1. Provide HVAC/air-conditioning technical support and sustainability advice to sales teams and clients.
2. Support proposal, bid, and contract preparation.
3. Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to recommend optimal solutions.
4. Prepare and present technical proposals, designs, specifications, and cost estimates.
5. Ensure solutions meet client needs, industry standards, and sustainability targets.
6. Respond to client inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
7. Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
8. Track project progress and provide technical support as required.
9. Perform post-installation reviews to verify system performance and client satisfaction.
10. Prepare reports on sales support activities, project status, and client feedback.
