Role Description

SCHNEEBERGER Linear Technology is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales

Manager to lead, manage, and expand our sales activities in the Singapore, Malaysia, and

Thailand region. This full-time role offers the opportunity to develop innovative sales strategies,

manage key accounts, build strong client relationships, and achieve ambitious sales targets. Join

Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or
advanced degree is a plus.
  1. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the
linear technology or related industries.
  1. Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful sales
strategies.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  1. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the machine tool industry, semiconductor,
medical devices, and metrology and inspection industries.

Key responsibilities for the Regional Sales Manager role at SCHNEEBERGER Linear Technology:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive
growth in the Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand region.
  1. Key Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring
their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  1. Sales Targets: Achievement of individual and team annual sales targets.
  2. Team Leadership and Performance: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve
individual and team sales targets.
  1. Profit Margins: Profitability of Business Units product sales and overall profit margins.
  2. Market Analysis and Penetration: Conduct market research to identify new business
opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  1. Sales Reporting: Monitor and conduct weekly report on sales performance, providing

  1. Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of
resources to maximize ROI.
  1. Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as marketing, customer service and
product development, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  1. Training and Development: Provide training and support to the sales team, fostering a

  1. Travel: Travel within the region to meet with clients and attend industry events as

needed.
