Our client is one of the biggest Japanese Manufacturers. Currently, they are looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Membrane.

This role reports to the General Manager.

• Leads and executes sales activities in the region to achieve revenue objectives
• Partners with management in setting the market strategy and executing that strategy. Negotiates orders and establishes contracts with both industrial and municipal customers.
• Builds relationships at the top levels of key accounts that benefit membrane business, including OEMs, engineering firms, consultants, key municipalities and governments.
• Manages the strategic partner network responsible for selling specific product lines to municipal markets.
• Develops sales forecasts and objectives for each territory within the region.
• Participates in new product recommendations and introduction to the market.
• Monitors competitive market; maintains consistent approach throughout sales region and increased base business revenue.
• Supports marketing efforts for new technologies.
• Monitors the status of water industry projects from publications and other sources.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience with regional exposure.
• Experience with membrane products within the water treatment industry.
• Willingness to travel as and when required as part of the role.

• Availability to start work on short notice.
