Sales & Marketing Administrator (Lighting Manufacturing/ Central region)

Responsibilities:

• Assist CEO in managing the Sales Department.
• Handle sales admin tasks (e.g., quotations, tenders).
• Process and verify orders through internal coordination.
• Prepare marketing presentation materials and samples.
• Maintain and update sales/customer records and distributor agreements.
• Compile monthly sales reports.
• Channel customer feedback to relevant teams.
• Stay updated on new products and features.
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns.
• Manage e-commerce sales activities.
• Coordinate production of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, ads, social media).
• Write content for various marketing materials.
• Track and report marketing analytics (e.g., website traffic, conversions).
• Ensure brand consistency in all marketing outputs.
• Plan and organize marketing events.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, or Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Skilled in handling sales reports and records.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
