Bukit Batok - Sales & Marketing Executive #Construction Supplier

Our client is a Construction Industry located in the West has openings for Sales & Marketing Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Sales & Marketing in all daily tasks and matter within the Sales & Marketing Department.
• Lead and drive sales and marketing efforts in our Company, including identifying potential customers and projects, initiate customer visits, perform site surveys, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts, follow up and engage in negotiations with customers while ensuring compliance to Company pricing policies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, while supporting customers in their project requirements and enquirers.
• Relentless pursuit of new projects and markets to optimize the deployment of our Company assets and achieve sales targets set by our Company.
• Coordinate with Operations Department and customers in scope of work and project executions as well as responding to customer requests, clarifications and resolving any issues with customers as soon as possible.
• Support Operations Administrations Executive to prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims and statement of accounts to customers punctually as well as facilitate prompt receive of payment from customers and final accounts for completed projects.
• Refresh Company website and marketing materials frequently and organize marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and awareness. Identify new market trends and seek potential business opportunities as well as generate monthly reports for Management.
• Use Enterprise Resource Planning system to complete daily tasks and assist in the implementation and improvements of the system.
• Ensure procedures, products and services rendered comply to Company policies, government regulations and ISO standards.
• Maintain historical records for annual accounting and ISO audits.
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed.

Pre-Requisites:

• Diploma or degree in any field of study.
• Well-groomed individual with strong interpersonal, communication and written skills as well as possess own vehicle.
• Team player with strong work ethics, initiative and ability to multi-task under tight timelines.
• Able to read and understand architectural and structural drawings as well as AutoCAD will be an advantage.
