Account Executive [Full Set / Firm]

Basic Salary: $3300 - $4000

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor Accounts Executives to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage full sets of accounts, including cash flow, month-end closing, and year-end audits.
• Provide accounting advice and perform financial analysis for clients.
• Maintain accurate data entry into accounting software systems.
• Prepare detailed accounting schedules such as fixed assets, prepayments, and accruals.
• Handle ad-hoc invoicing and general accounting tasks as required.
• Coordinate with auditors and external parties for compliance and reporting.
• Support any additional assignments or duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Possess relevant financial accounting knowledge
• Detail-oriented and precise, especially when working with financial data.
• Proficient in accounting software and comfortable with IT tools.
