We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.
- Role: Recruitment Intern
- Commitment: Minimum 3 months
- Location: Central Region, Tanjong Pagar
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across various roles
- Support job posting creation and distribution on multiple platforms
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve hiring strategies
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team
- What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to commit at least 3 months
- Interest in HR, recruitment, or people operations
- Comfortable with basic Microsoft Office
