Job Description:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will serve as a strategic partner to our clients, delivering consultative solutions that transform the modern workplace. You will manage high-value relationships with multinational corporations (MNCs), leveraging our world-class, precision-engineered office furniture to optimize their real estate investment and enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Account Management: Cultivate and expand relationships with new and existing MNC clients, serving as a trusted advisor for their workplace evolution.
- Consultative Solution: Collaborate with internal design and technical teams to develop bespoke furniture proposals that prioritize the client’s best interests and maximize "value per square foot."
- End-to-End Project Coordination: Oversee the sales lifecycle from initial discovery to final implementation, ensuring meticulous attention to detail at every stage.
- Market Ambassadorship: Represent a global leader in office manufacturing, articulating the engineering excellence and aesthetic value of our product lines.
- Strategic Business Development & A&D Advocacy
- Market Prospecting: Identify and penetrate new market segments, with a primary focus on establishing a strong foothold within End User, Architect and Interior Designer (A&D) community.
- Pipeline Excellence: Generate revenue through disciplined lead generation, qualification, and multi-channel networking (referrals, face-to-face meetings, and industry events).
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute action plans to address unmet customer needs and capture emerging market opportunities.
- Team Liaison & Project Management
- Cross-Departmental Synergy: Collaborate with internal logistics, design, and technical teams to ensure timely service delivery and flawless project execution.
- Generate Proposal: Work alongside a dedicated team to generate bespoke proposals that align with the client’s best interests and global corporate standards.
- Consultative Sales & Revenue Growth
- Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the sales process from forecasting and lead qualification to final closing and post-sale relationship management.
- High-Speed Response: Provide rapid, effective responses to all inquiries, maintaining a diligent follow-up process to ensure high conversion rates.
Job Requirements:
- At least GCE 'A' Level or Diploma in any discipline
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the relevant industry
- Able to converse in Japanese speaking skills will be an advantage to communicate with Japanese-speaking customers
- Able to meet deadlines, work effectively under pressure and problem-solving abilities
- Light overseas business travelling is required.
