Job Requirements:

• Identify and penetrate new market segments, with a primary focus on establishing a strong foothold within End User, Architect and Interior Designer (A&D) community.
• Generate revenue through disciplined lead generation, qualification, and multi-channel networking (referrals, face-to-face meetings, and industry events).
• Develop and execute action plans to address unmet customer needs and capture emerging market opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal logistics, design, and technical teams to ensure timely service delivery and flawless project execution.
• Work alongside a dedicated team to generate bespoke proposals that align with the client’s best interests and global corporate standards.
• Own the sales process from forecasting and lead qualification to final closing and post-sale relationship management.
• Provide rapid, effective responses to all inquiries, maintaining a diligent follow-up process to ensure high conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Possess at least 3-5 years of sales experience in relevant industry
• Japanese speaking is an advantage as liaise with Japanese speaking client
• Independent, eye for details, creative, team player & self-motivated.
