Customer Care Officer (Sales) (Non-commission, 1-year Contract)
  • Location: Somerset (Walking distance from MRT)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Salary: Up to $3,300 + 1-month bonus
About the Role:

Join a leading energy solutions provider as a Customer Care Officer, focusing on growing and maintaining the Residential and Small Commercial customer base through various sales channels. You’ll also support account servicing and contribute to digital initiatives as the company adapts to a changing market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers and retain existing ones in Residential and Small Commercial segments
  • Sell solutions via hotline, online platforms, and face-to-face interactions
  • Assist the team with account servicing during peak periods
  • Support development and adoption of digital projects and new technologies
  • Contribute to company activities aligned with its vision as a top electricity retailer in Singapore

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in a related field is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience or knowledge in related industries is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or enterprise software is a bonus
