Regional Key Account Manager (APAC / Freight Forwarder )

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of regional key accounts across Southeast Asia
- Drive revenue growth, account expansion, and new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and country-level stakeholders
- Lead commercial activities including pricing, contract negotiations, and solution design
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with regional targets
- Ensure consistent service delivery and seamless multi-country operations
- Conduct regular business reviews and monitor customer performance
- Address escalations proactively to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Track pipeline, sales performance, and provide insights to management
Key Requirement:
- Min 3 - 5 Years of relevant experience
- Degree in any field
- Singaporean Only
