Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site works and subcontractors
Ensure works follow drawings, quality standards, and schedule
Coordinate site activities, deliveries, and sequencing
Monitor workmanship and rectify defects
Enforce site safety and conduct toolbox meetings
Report progress and site issues
Requirements:
3–8 years site experience (landed housing preferred)
Able to read drawings and manage subcontractors
Familiar with Singapore site practices & safety
Responsible, hands-on, and able to work independently
Others:
Site-based role (Singapore projects)
