Electrical Site Supervisor

Looking for Electrical Site Supervisor

1. Conduct site visits to assess electrical needs, interpret client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions aligned with project scope.
2. Assist in planning daily site activities, coordinating manpower deployment and ensuring materials and tools are prepared for execution.
3. Support supervision of installation works to ensure adherence to safety regulations, electrical standards and company SOPs.
4. Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication, alignment of expectations and smooth workflow.
5. Track work progress, identify potential delays or operational issues and escalate or implement corrective actions when required.
6. Perform basic quality checks on completed works and assist in maintaining proper documentation in line with company and regulatory requirements.

Skills:

1. Understanding of basic electrical systems, installation practices and safety requirements for residential and commercial projects.
2. Ability to read and apply electrical layouts and wiring diagrams to support accurate and compliant installations.
3. Develop capability in managing tasks, timelines and resources across multiple ongoing projects.
4. Ability to identify common site issues and apply structured approaches to resolve operational challenges effectively.
5. Effective communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders, ensuring coordination and clarity in project execution.
6. Demonstrates responsibility, initiative and willingness to learn, with the ability to work independently and improve through structured training.
