Position: Customer Service Officer
- Location: Benoi
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Salary: $2,200 – $2,700

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with shipping providers to ensure timely product delivery
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and generate regular reports
- Manage inventory system and track all incoming/outgoing goods
- Handle order processing and shipping from start to end
- Liaise with logistics partners and internal departments to resolve delivery/documentation issues
- Record incoming courier AWBs (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) in Excel
- Update service job status in ORACLE system
- Support any ad hoc duties or projects assigned by Management
