Customer Operations Executive (Order Management / Client Support)

We are seeking a proactive Customer Operations Executive to manage order coordination and client support. You will act as the key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end order processing and coordination
- Serve as main point of contact for assigned customers
- Handle enquiries on orders, quotations, delivery, shipping, and inventory
- Follow up on issues to ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements
- Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in order management / customer operations / B2B customer service
- Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and a team player
