Operations Executive (3rd Party Logistics Warehouse)

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Executive in SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd. The Operations Executive will be responsible to oversee day-to-day logistics operations, manage inventory and coordinate jobs with the logistics partners.

1. Act as coordinator for logistics matters between internal departments and external customers.
2. Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved.
3. Oversee warehouse operations and supervise inbound, outbound and VAS efforts by the team.
4. Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency of the MHE and overall safety compliance.
5. Attend to customers’ enquires and requests and keep customers fully informed on GRN, GI and delivery status.
6. Attend weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI meetings to present progress and KPI scorecards to customers.
7. When necessary, operate MHE to assist operations.
8. Conduct Toolbox Meeting and drive internal compliance exercise.
9. Investigate incident and accident and prepare investigation report for submission to superior and the department concerned.
10. Identify safety hazards in operations areas and proactively eliminate any risks.
11. Ensure staff work safely in a safe workplace.
12. Integrate safety into daily work activities.
13. Ensure compliance with all safety & warehouse SOP according to our internal safety procedures, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
14. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

1. Diploma holders in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related field.
2. Those with 2 years relevant experiences have added advantage.
3. Competent in using Warehouse Management System.
4. Preferable with forklift license.
5. Good communication skills and customer oriented.

1. Working hours: Mon to Fri: 8.30am - 5.45pm, alternate Sat: 8.30am - 12.30pm)
