The Sales Assistant provides administrative and operational support for Velocity’s sales force to deliver exceptional experiences and outcomes.
Area(s) of Responsibility- Coordinate inbound and outbound order process
- Coordinate Nonconforming Material process
- Enter, modify, and maintain requirements and order information in Velocity’s ERP
- Coordinate with purchasing teamon behalf of salesperson at times
- Coordinate with Inspection andDistribution Center to resolve order issues and ensure orders are shipped ontime
- Process sales and purchaseorders and manage open order report
- Data entry, BP entry anduploading lists
- Order changes and problemresolution
- Create service orders andrequest service and testing quotes
- Create RMA’s and link orders
- Stock allocations, lot assignments and product records
