The Opportunity
As an International Sales Assistant at Prosben Group Pte. Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting sales team in expanding our global reach. In this full-time position, you will be based in the Central Region and contribute to the company's strategic sales initiatives.

Order & Sales Processing- Handle customer orders, including PO confirmation and order entry
- Prepare sales documents such as Proforma Invoice and Commercial Invoice
- Follow up on order progress, including production, shipment, and delivery schedules
- Maintain and update customer records and sales data
- Coordinate with factory, production planning, and finance departments on order progress
- Assist in accounts receivable reconciliation and shipment verification
- Support month-end closing and reporting
- Perform document filing and data organization
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required .
