Role Description
To help accelerate our growth and scale further, we are looking for property agents eager to accelerate their career by joining Propseller team of top-producing Real Estate Consultants, each closing an average of 52 sales transactions per year.
Depending on your experience, you’ll join either as Real Estate Consultant, Senior Real Estate Consultant or Lead Real Estate Consultant.
You’ll be assigned to a territory (East, North-East, North, West or Central) and work under the close supervision of its Sales Manager.

- Leads: Our in-house marketing team leverages company budget and best-practices honed at Google, Lazada, and Flash Coffee to deploy high-performing marketing campaigns that generate 30,000+ leads per year, more than we can currently handle. You’ll get 100-300 new leads each year from Propseller, in addition to helping clients already in your sphere or book of business;
- Technology: Our proprietary technology platform helps you prioritise and manage leads and deals, stay in touch with your whole pipeline, and alerts you when an action needs to be taken;
- Support: Instead of spending time on administrative matters, you’ll be supported by the Propseller Central Team, which handles listings, enquiries, and viewing coordination. Your focus will be spent on doing what you do best and like the most: winning clients, delighting them and closing fantastic deals with them.
Earn more money: in 2024, our average Real Estate Consultant took home an average of S$225,000 per year (range: S$100,000-S$325,000). Without expenses to be paid out of that, our average Real Estate Consultant was in the top 2.5% Singapore earning agent in 2024. Exact expected compensation varies depending on job title (Real Estate Consultant, Senior Real Estate Consultant, Lead Real Estate Consultant, etc).
- Commission: earn competitive commissions on the revenue of your closed deals, and there are no limits on the amount you can earn. Splits vary from 15% to 90% by lead source, deal role, job title, and performance over the last 12 months;
- Base pay & no expenses: Propseller Real Estate Consultants enjoy a base salary, and a transport allowance. Also, Propseller pays all of the necessary costs of doing business, including listing marketing (PropertyGuru, 99, etc.), computer, cell phone, and more;
- Benefits: As a Propseller employee, you enjoy CPF contributions, 2 days off per week, 18 days of annual leaves per year, and HSBC Life corporate medical insurance, including dental.

- Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients you generate yourself;
- Estimate property values through skilled competitive market analysis;
- Conduct consultations and obtain agency agreements;
- Represent Propseller towards sellers and buyers in real estate transactions;
- Run viewings, negotiate and secure offers;
- Build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues;
- Hit, and ideally exceed, client satisfaction and revenue targets.
Ideal Candidate
This is a role for you if you are an exemplary, high-performing, licensed property agent.
You embody the consultative sales approach to real estate; never hard-selling, and always putting the clients’ results and satisfaction above all. You are already tech-savvy and administratively proficient, or are swiftly on the way, being able to navigate the latest tech tools quickly and effectively to leverage your sales pipeline.
Most of all, you are a growth-oriented “closer”. You are always hungry to meet more prospective clients, sign new contracts and close new deals on a weekly, if not daily, basis in order to achieve a win-win-win situation for the Company, the clients, and yourself.
Successful Real Estate Consultants with a track record of high performance in Propseller are ideal candidates to become our next generation of Senior Real Estate Consultants, Lead Real Estate Consultants, Principal Real Estate Consultants, Sales Managers and Sales Directors.
Requirements- Singapore RES license;
- Diploma, degree preferred;
- You are a trusted advisor with strong willingness to lead clients through the home buying and selling journey;
- Client-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering the best client experience possible;
- Good written and verbal English communication skills;
- High work ethic, self-starter, trustworthy and reliable;
- Strong interpersonal, mediation, and negotiation skills;
