Responsibilities:
- Support end-user computer devices (PC & mobile), office devices (printers, AV equipment), and peripherals.
- Supporting Microsoft windows & office suite.
- Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and resolve user IT problems.
- Install and configure IT equipment and applications.
- Assist with basic network, email, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain asset inventory and update support documentation.
- Experienced in working in an ITIL-driven environment and working knowledge of ITIL principles and processes with strong knowledge of incidents, change and configuration management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec in in Information Technology or related
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience
- 12-months contract (subject to renewal)
