- People Operation Executive (6-mth contract)
- Talent Acquisition Executive (1-year contract)
- Listed MNC in engineering related
- Completion Bonus
- Very fast turnaround time - get on board in 1-2 weeks
- assist in day to day HR operation
- updating P-file, WP application & renewal, updating other employee details files etc
- keeping record of employee leave / mc / attendance etc
- assist in other documents
- Responsible for blue-collar hiring; direct and indirect hiring with agencies
- Coordinating with hiring managers for interview
- Conducting mass interview; participate in career fair etc
- Other relevant duties
