My client has embarked on the development and implementation of a new digital platform for learner management operation which is integrated with the customer relationship management to provide a seamless learning and student-life journey for its learners.
The platform built on Salesforce Education Cloud, is progressively developed to integrate the learner management operations. This role is pivotal in optimising the institution’s Salesforce platform to its full potential and making significant impact by enhancing its digital capabilities.The ideal candidatewill possess a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in application development.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for documenting user stories, processes, analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and collaborating with project teams to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce Education Cloud.- Maintain and support existing modules within the enterprise system.
- Analyse business requirements, document the user stories and design Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce.
- Provide expert guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of Salesforce solutions.
- Utilize use stories tools, business process design, and requirements analysis skills to enhance the system built on Salesforce solutions.
- Degree in Computer/Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 8-10 years of working experience in business analysis, system analysis and project management. Knowledge of Salesforce Education Cloud is an added advantage.
- Proactive, quality-conscious, self-starter with an analytical and methodological mind.
- Result and customer oriented with multi-tasking capabilities.
- Good verbal and written communications, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong team player who is proactive, quality-conscious, and results-oriented
