Support corporate strategy development and performance management at organisational level, working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead organisation-wide strategic planning and annual planning cycles
Drive execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives and performance indicators
Manage performance tracking systems (KPIs, scorecards, reporting)
Provide insights and analysis to support decision-making
Lead cross-functional projects and stakeholder coordination
Ensure alignment with cluster-level strategies and regulatory requirements
Manage and develop a team, including planning, reporting, and staff development

Requirements:

Degree with at least 5 years of experience in strategic planning / consulting / corporate planning
