• Meet and engage with clients to understand their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
• Conceptualize, design, and propose creative interior solutions tailored to each client.
• Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and space planning proposals.
• Oversee project coordination with suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Take ownership of sales efforts — from consultation to contract closure.
• Manage client relationships to build trust, secure deals, and generate referrals.

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong design sense with the ability to communicate ideas visually and verbally.
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to build rapport and close clients confidently.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp & etc).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an interior designer, preferably in a sales-oriented role.
