Job Description:

You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors, managing projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop design proposals based on client

• Prepare mood boards, material samples, and presentation drawings
• Create technical drawings, space plans, and 3D renderings using

• Carry out quantity take-offs, prepare cost estimates, and assist in project

• Source and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and

• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and safety

• Assist in project scheduling, progress reporting, and overall coordination
• Manage project deliverables within agreed timelines and budgets

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Quantity Surveying,

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in interior design, QS, or

• Proficiency in design and office software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp,

• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and negotiation abilities with clients and

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Singapore’s design regulations, building codes, and

industry practices is an advantage
