We are main contractor in Construction, focus to build the landed premises.We are looking a post of Account Executive:-
Scope of Work- In-charge full set A/C & key in data entry for AR,AP & GL) & prepare the journal entry for discrepancies issue.
- In-charge Worker’ inventory such keeping worker data, salaries, Bonus, Leave and Dormitory’s matter.
- Performing basic office tasks including answering phones, responding to emails.
- GST submission. Liaise with external parties, tax authorities on all corporate and accounting matters and submissions.
- Raise tax invoice, official receipt to client.
- Speak:English & Mandarin
- Written:English & Mandarin
- Fresh/one year experience in accounting/booking
- Diploma In Accounting
- Proficiency In Microsoft Excel, Word, E.M.A.S Accounting Software System
- Working Day (Monday -Friday)
- Working Hour (9.30am - 6.30pm)
