Account Executive cum HR Assistant

About the role

Join Orange Global Pte Ltd' as an Account Executive cum HR Assistant in our Woodlands North Region office. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in supporting the company's accounting and human resources functions. The role involves a diverse range of responsibilities, from bookkeeping and financial administration to providing HR support to our growing team.

1. Maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping for the company
2. Preparing monthly financial statements and reports
3. Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
4. Assisting with payroll processing and employee administration
5. Providing HR support, including onboarding new hires and managing employee records
6. Coordinating office administration tasks and supporting the management team as needed

1. Relevant qualifications in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field
2. 1-2 years of experience in a similar account executive or bookkeeping role
3. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail
4. Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office suite
5. Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently in a fast-paced environment
6. A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
