Customer Service Executive (Order Management | Manufacturing)

• Basic $3000 - $3600 + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Working location: Lorong Chuan (walking distance from MRT station)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.45am to 5.45pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• May provide on time reporting, order tracking, backlog processing, invoicing, returns, discrepancy resolution, customer credit problems and/or other such support to sales team members and/or external customers
• Research and resolve moderately complex problems, and research/tracking orders
• Order Management- SO or PO entry processing
• Order Backlog Management
• Enter Expedites in system
• Identifies, investigates, and participates in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics
• Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with consumer laws
• Maintains and updates electronic and/or hard copy records as required
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent
• Possess minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment is preferred
